Q. I am writing on behalf of a colleague of mine who has been given your email address by Chislehurst library regarding the possibility of you having a photo/picture of the Fox and Hounds Pub in Chislehurst High Street (that is now Zizzi).

My colleague’s friend met his wife in the pub, and she has since passed away. If you could point me in the right direction or you have any information about the pub it would be appreciated.

A.  We were able to provide an image  of the bombed out pub in 1940!  And at the eleventh hour, contact with local resident John Porter provided us with another picture.
