Coffee Mornings at the Old Chapel
Every Wednesday morning we host a coffee morning at The Old Chapel in Queens Passage from 9.30am til 12pm. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the scrummy homemade cakes from April’s Kitchen.
£2.50 suggested donation; there will be displays of local interest, sometimes we’ll put on short talks or a film, maybe even a quiz or game. Sometimes business representatives explaining local services.
Pop in off the high street for a cuppa and a friendly chat, let’s get our community together!

Talks at The Old Chapel
CSI: Chislehurst – Former Detective Sergeant Callum Sutherland and former Vice President of the UK Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences will look at Crime Scene Assessment/Interpretation. An investigation into how and why things sometimes go wrong.
Wednesday 18th September at 2.30pm at The Old Chapel, 3 Queens Passage, Chislehurst.
Afternoon talks for members at the Methodist Church
Lords of the Manor – Janet Clayton from the Orpington and District Archaeological Society, will talk about Portraits of the Townshend and Townshend-Marsham families of Chislehurst and Scadbury.
Thursday 5th September at 2.30pm at the Chislehurst Methodist Church, Prince Imperial Road.
Free to members and £5.00 for non-members. Refreshments will be served. We look forward to seeing you there

Society History Group
The History Group, for members who wish to be active participators in research and publication of local history and heritage matters, meets on the first Monday of each month at 7.30pm.
There is also a monthly get together on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, afternoons 2pm until 4.30pm.
